Waggle Mail subscriptions cost $150/quarter. We ship to our Canadian customers at no charge.
All Waggle Mail members receive a curated dog subscription box delivered to their doorstep once every three months.
Once you’ve placed your order and completed our intake form, we’ll curate and ship your box within 1 week of billing. You’ll receive an email from us as soon as your order has shipped.
All auto-renewal orders ship around three months from the original shipping date.
If you’ve gifted a Waggle Mail box, that box will ship within 1 week of the recipient completing our intake form.
Because we’re not a one-size-fits-all service, the contents of each Waggle Mail box depend on the dog. However, what you can expect are purpose-full, filler-free products and information including 1 vet-authored wellness booklet or puppy training booklet, and up to 8+ premium products such as:
- Dental chews that are scientifically proven to be effective and delicious.
- Vet-exclusive health products to support immunity, anxiety, or joint health, for just a few e.g.
- Eco-friendly lifestyle accessories for dogs on the move
- Quality, healthy treats for all dogs, despite any special allergies or sensitive tummies
- Fun toys and enrichment puzzles for everyday bonding and play
Because we curate our products to accommodate individual needs, we do not offer shared/multi-dog subscription boxes. However, once you’re a Waggle Mail member it will be easy to add additional subscriptions under your personal dashboard for the other pups in your household. We love rewarding our multi-pet parents with a $20 multi-pet discount that is credited towards their second dogs’ box!
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery, JCB, Diners Club, China UnionPay, and Visa Debit Cards. Currently we are only servicing Canadian clients, but given our goal to empower pet parents around the world we are excited to expand our membership in the future.
You will be billed at time of purchase for your first Waggle Mail subscription box, and once every every three months thereafter.
You will not be billed monthly.
Need to take a short break from your subscription? No problem. You can temporarily put your service on pause (without annoying fees or penalties) by contacting us.
Coming soon: you will be able to easily change this yourself by logging in to your member profile and clicking ‘Manage Subscription.’
